Tim Jones is the Cutting Edge Adventures Australia Director, Event Co-ordinator and Tour Guide. He has spent a great deal of time travelling abroad with his priority being to find and implement the most amazing, challenging, fun and rewarding adventures.
Tim has visited Indonesia, Malaysia, South East Asia, Papua New Guinea, The United States of America and Canada. Tim's awareness of these areas of the world teamed with his extensive knowledge of the great outdoors of Australia allow him to construct satisfying, enjoyable and fulfilling adventures all around the world.
As a qualified Fitness Trainer with over 5 years in the industry, Tim's expertise enables him to offer specially designed fitness programs such as Fit2Trek, Fit2Ski and Fit2Paddle as a precursors for a successful adventure holiday. Tim's passion for adventure & fitness motivates him to help and encourage everyone to see the world and get the most out of life.

Jen Picknell has been working in the graphic design and marketing industry for over 14 years. During that time she spent time working in all areas of the industry from large corporates, event companies, charity organisations and small business.
Jen has been operating a very successfull design studio "Jenious" since 2001 and she absolutely loves her profession. Jen believes that her passion and flair is shown in the fantastic designs she produces.
Whilst being well travelled around the globe and a successful business woman, Jen is also a loving, caring and devoted wife and mother! With her amazing skills and tenacious attitude Jen is a true asset to the team.

Naomi Stevenson is a Tour Guide / Driver who has travelled and trekked extensively around the world. She has visited The United States of America, South America, Indonesia, Malaysia, South East Asia, Greece, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.
In Australia Naomi worked for 11 years at Taronga Zoo as a Horticulturalist, where she developed her substantial knowledge of Australian Flora and Fauna. She also worked as a Bridgeclimb Tour Guide on the Sydney Harbour Bridge where she completed over 400 climbs.
With her love and passion for nature and the outdoors and her vast experience in trekking & snow sports Naomi makes a vibrant and very interesting tour guide.

Ben Jones is a Tour Guide / Driver who has investigated trekking and adventure travel opportunities throughout Canada, The United States, Central America and parts of Europe.
He is a highly experienced snowboarder and has just returned to Australia after spending 2 years in Canada. Whilst in Canada Ben spent time as a Mountain Safety Officer and Tour Guide, enabling him to acquire a working knowledge of the challenges in alpine areas. His enthusiasm for outdoor trekking and experience with mountain safety enables him to bring first hand knowledge to any adventure holiday.
Ben is a positive and energetic guide whose passion for life and adventure is often contagious.

Kieran Sly is a Tour Guide / Driver who has travelled extensively throughout Australia, Canada and Indonesia.
Living in Canada in 2008-2009 he spent time training to become a Ski Instructor and partook in several Canadian Adventure Tours. His time spent travelling has allowed him to gather a broad appreciation of outdoor treks and a vast understanding of ski/snow based adventures.

Jenny Jones is an Administration Assistant for Cutting Edge Adventures Australia.
Jenny is an experienced and highly motivated member of the Cutting Edge Team. She completed the Kokoda Track in 2008 and is passionate about motivating others to reach their goals. Jenny’s own life experiences allow her to encourage others to achieve.
She is fully qualified Austswim Instructor and for over 30 years has successfully co-ordinated her own swim school.
Jenny’s motivation, social nature and ability to co-ordinate group activities make her a great addition to the team in her role as Administration Assistant.
